Sue holds a Registered Nursing degree, but instead of supporting the sickness-and-disease model, Sue realized the biggest impact she could have on the people she worked intimately with would be through health and wellness. A National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer, Sue is dedicated to improving her clients’ health through weight loss and nutrition.
With a great knowledge of healthy lifestyles, Sue has an intense focus on decreasing body fat, increasing strength, improving flexibility, and boosting balance among her clients.
No matter what age or gender, Sue creates custom tailored programs to fulfill needs and achieve results.
