Myosha “Yoshi” Barnes graduated from San Jose State University with her degree in Criminology and Graduated with her masters in Sport management and business education from North Central University.
She has been an athlete since she was younger, from basketball, gymnastics, track, softball, and volleyball. She went on to college on a basketball scholarship at San Jose State University where she was named player of the week twice and MVP her senior year. While studying for her Masters in sports management and business education is found her passion for exercise and fitness.
In May of 2010 she became a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach through International Sport Science Association and is continuing to gain more knowledge about fitness and exercise therapy. She emphasizes in vitality & health, weight management, sports enhancement and corrective exercises. She has ran successful fitness empowerment events, fitness classes and camps throw her own Fitness business.
As she has been a part of Athlete Performance she has worked with multiple student athletes from all sports, college athletes and professional basketball players. She will be contributing to AP’s growth and development and also a great asset to the team.
