Steve Becker
BS Exercise Science - University of Milwaukee

Steve’s primary role is owner and operator of Athlete Performance, which he founded in 2010. He continues to train the Milwaukee area’s top athletes through sport-specific strength and conditioning programs at Athlete Performance. He has been training NBA, NFL prospects for summer training camps as well as preparing basketball players for the NBDL and overseas leagues. In the past 5 years Steve’s training style has helped professionals like Tyler Herro, Tyrese Haliburton, Jordan Poole, Arike Ogunbowale, and Jalen Johnson gain the competitive edge they are looking for. His passion for training is reflected in his continuous desire to educate himself in order to provide athletes with the latest and most cutting-edge training programs available.

Logan Zagrodnik
BS Kinesiology University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

Logan joined the Athlete Performance team after graduation from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a BS in Kinesiology emphasizing in Strength and Conditioning. Over the years he has had to opportunity to train multiple pros from the greater Milwaukee area as they prepared for upcoming drafts or stopping back at Athlete Performance to get right. More importantly, he has been able to build great relationships with various clubs in the state. Youth development is where Logan’s passion lies, and the ability to help any athletes achieve a goal they have set forth. You will find him around all the Athlete Performance locations, and in the mornings getting some adults moving at APEX!

Boston Johnson
BS Kinesiology University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

Boston graduated from UWO with a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning in 2018. Boston started his career as a coach for Oshkosh North High School where he had the privilege to train Tyrese Haliburton. Boston’s drive to make youth athletes better is what sets him apart from the rest. During his time at Athlete Performance he has developed multiple training programs aimed specifically for “Long Term Youth Athletic Development”.

Baylee Techmanski
BS Kinesiology University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, MS Sports Physiology & Performance Coaching - Carroll University

Baylee graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with her BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. During her time at UWO she was a cheerleader for the Titans. She then continued on to get her Masters degree in Sport Physiology and Performance Coaching at Carroll University and obtained her CSCS. At her time at Carroll she was the Head Human Performance Coach for the Womens Volleyball team, and the Mens/Womens Golf teams. She also had a fellowship at Carroll where she worked with Mens baseball, Womens Lacrosse, and other sports teams. She is continuing education and research development with Carroll and has had research accepted by the NSCA.

Tyler Bair
BS Kinesiology - Ripon College, CSCS

Tyler graduated from Ripon College with his BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning and coaching. During his time at Ripon he played Safety and was captain of the football team. Post graduation he acquired his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. He has had the opportunity to train pro and highschool athletes like Brandin Podziemski as well as pro overseas basketball players. During his time at Athlete Performance, Tyler has developed various “football specific” training programs to not only prepare athletes for the season, but also make big strides in the off season.

Bryce Fisk
BS Exercise Physiology - Concordia University of Wisconsin

Bryce graduated from Concordia University of Wisconsin with a BS in Exercise Physiology. While at Concordia he played for the men's hockey team and served as team captain his senior year. Bryce has continued to stay involved in the hockey community training and developing youth athletes along with those at the collegiate and professional level.
