Steve Becker

Owner and Senior Trainer

Steve currently owns and operates Athlete Performance, LLC, based out of Mequon, WI.  He continues to train several of the Milwaukee area’s elite athletes through sport specific strength and conditioning programs. He has been training NFL prospects for summer training camps, preparing basketball players for the NBDL and over seas.  Steve’s experience in the professional and college sports ranks have give him a distinct edge in the development of training programs that target athlete development.

Spencer Schulz

General Manager, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

Schulz is currently the director of AP Football, Athlete Performances off-season developmental and 7v7 football club. Spencer is also the head strength and conditioning coach at two local high schools through Athlete Performance. In his time with Athlete Performance, Spencer has trained and conditioned NFL prospects, NBA and European basketball players, as well as professional hockey players.

Sue Kaprelian

Certified Personal Trainer

Sue holds a Registered Nursing degree, but instead of supporting the sickness-and-disease model, Sue realized the biggest impact she could have on the people she worked intimately with would be through health and wellness. A National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer, Sue is dedicated to improving her clients’ health through weight loss and nutrition.

Alex Anderson

During his time at the University of Mary Alex accrued experience in several different areas of Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, including time spent at centers for sport performance, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, and personal training all in the Bismarck area.

Logan Zagrodnik

Logan Zagrodnik graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. During his time in Oshkosh he played four years of football; starting two years, and was part of the most winning class in school history.
